LAUNDRY SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS

By using our services, customers acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. We exercise the utmost care in processing every order using methods we believe are best suited for each garment.

Garment Condition

Customers are responsible for inspecting garments before submitting them for service.

We are not responsible for:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Existing stains, holes, rips, fading, loose seams, weak fabric, or prior damage.
  • Manufacturer defects or damage caused by age or fabric deterioration.
  • Damage resulting from items left in pockets, including but not limited to pens, markers, crayons, lipstick, gum, candy, tissues, coins, keys, electronics, or other personal belongings.

Customers should empty all pockets before placing garments in laundry bags.

Stain Removal

While we make every reasonable effort to remove stains, stain removal cannot be guaranteed.

Some stains become permanent due to:

  • Previous home washing or drying
  • Heat setting
  • Bleach damage
  • Fabric dyes
  • Unknown substances
  • Age of the stain

Color Loss & Shrinkage

We cannot guarantee against:

  • Color bleeding
  • Color fading
  • Shrinkage
  • Stretching
  • Damage to delicate fabrics

These risks are inherent in laundering certain textiles.

Delicate & Specialty Items

Items made from silk, wool, linen, rayon, cashmere, leather, suede, vinyl, polyurethane, sequins, beads, rhinestones, glued decorations, or other delicate materials are cleaned at the customer’s risk.

Missing Items

Customers should inspect their completed order upon delivery.

Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Pickup & Delivery

Pickup and delivery windows are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for ensuring laundry is securely placed in the designated pickup location.

We are not responsible for laundry that is missing before pickup or after delivery has been completed to the designated location.

Unclaimed Orders

Orders not claimed within 90 days may be donated, disposed of, or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable state law.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made.

Returned checks, chargebacks, or fraudulent payment disputes may be subject to collection costs, reasonable attorney’s fees where permitted by law, and any applicable service charges.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any lost or damaged item shall not exceed ten (10) times the processing charge for that individual item, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We are not responsible for sentimental value, replacement cost, or consequential damages.

Acceptance

Submission of garments for service constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

 

Additional Pickup & Delivery Policy 

Please Note:

  • Wash & Fold laundry is washed with like colors using premium detergent unless special instructions are provided.
  • Garments requiring special care should be separated and clearly labeled.
  • We reserve the right to refuse items that are excessively soiled with hazardous materials, bodily fluids, insects, mold, or other contaminants.
  • Comforters, pillows, pet beds, rugs, and oversized items may incur additional charges.
  • Orders are weighed after sorting, and pricing is based on the cleanable weight.
  • Customers should notify us of allergies to fragrances or detergents before service.

 

 

Fraudulent or unwarranted credit card chargebacks for services already performed may be disputed with supporting documentation, including order records, pickup and delivery confirmation, GPS records, photographs, and customer communications. Customers remain responsible for payment for services rendered.
