Garment Condition
Customers are responsible for inspecting garments before submitting them for service.
We are not responsible for:
Customers should empty all pockets before placing garments in laundry bags.
Stain Removal
While we make every reasonable effort to remove stains, stain removal cannot be guaranteed.

These risks are inherent in laundering certain textiles.
Delicate & Specialty Items
Items made from silk, wool, linen, rayon, cashmere, leather, suede, vinyl, polyurethane, sequins, beads, rhinestones, glued decorations, or other delicate materials are cleaned at the customer’s risk.
Missing Items
Customers should inspect their completed order upon delivery.
Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Pickup & Delivery
Pickup and delivery windows are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for ensuring laundry is securely placed in the designated pickup location.
We are not responsible for laundry that is missing before pickup or after delivery has been completed to the designated location.
Unclaimed Orders
Orders not claimed within 90 days may be donated, disposed of, or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable state law.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made.
Returned checks, chargebacks, or fraudulent payment disputes may be subject to collection costs, reasonable attorney’s fees where permitted by law, and any applicable service charges.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any lost or damaged item shall not exceed ten (10) times the processing charge for that individual item, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We are not responsible for sentimental value, replacement cost, or consequential damages.
Acceptance
Submission of garments for service constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Additional Pickup & Delivery Policy
Please Note:
Fraudulent or unwarranted credit card chargebacks for services already performed may be disputed with supporting documentation, including order records, pickup and delivery confirmation, GPS records, photographs, and customer communications. Customers remain responsible for payment for services rendered.
